RELIAPEL™ is a next-generation fabric exclusively from HomeStretch. This cover feels soft to the touch, but is rugged enough for the most challenging environments. Kids? No problem. Pets? No problem! It is highly resistant to dirt and scratches, as shown in our demonstration video, and stains of every kind simply wipe off of this amazing product. Liquids are repelled, and even things like sauces, juice, wine, and most paint come clean with just a damp cloth.
Note: While highly resistant to scratches, there are some precautions that must still be taken when caring for this product. The fabric will not hold up to repeated gouging or puncturing using sharp objects such as knife points, ice picks, or nails. Sharp knives and razor blades will harm or cut the surface. Some animals with needle-sharp claws (such as cats) may be able to puncture the surface of the cover and cause damage. Some liquids (such as ink) may permanently stain the cover, although most can be easily removed.

HomeStretch offers the original buyer 1) a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on frame, seat poly, springs, cover, power-recline motors, remote controls, and associated labor expenses; 2) a three-year warranty from the date of purchase on lift chair motors and power headrest/lumbar motors; and 3) a limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase on all reclining mechanisms (manual, power, and lift). Warranties do not cover normal wear and/or abuse.
